History of the IRM Pre-Cases

A pre-case is a communication from an external party to the IRM and information received by the IRM that is registered in the Case Management System as a pre-case and may or may not mature into a complaint. Pre-cases that have been escalated to complaints are recorded on the Case Register page of the IRM’s website. The table in the document contains a summary of all the pre-cases registered in the IRM’s Case Management System as of 01 April 2024.
