Overview

The IRM is committed to transparency and accountability, and recognises the importance of public access to its case information, subject to any requests for confidentiality from any of its complainants or requesters. Information regarding each of the IRM's cases can be accessed below, by clicking on the case name. 

List of cases

Pre-cases

A pre-case is a communication from an external party to the IRM and information received by the IRM that is registered in the Case Management System as a pre-case and may or may not mature into a complaint. Pre-cases that have been escalated to complaints are recorded in the list of cases above. The list of the IRM's pre-cases contains a summary of all the pre-cases registered in the IRM’s Case Management System as of 31 August 2024.
