Hiring: Company-Community Mediation Training Facilitator

All accredited entities (AEs), including Direct Access Entities (DAEs), of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) are required to establish their own grievance redress mechanisms (GRMs). As part of its mandate, the IRM works with GCF DAEs to help them build capacity related to grievance mechanisms and procedures. 

The IRM is looking for a Company-community mediation training facilitator to conduct a series of virtual workshops on company-community mediation to help equip the DAEs with the necessary conflict analysis skills and understanding of the mediation process as an effective way to resolve complex complaints. The workshops are expected to be held in November 2023.
