Virtual Capacity Building Workshop

To build the capacity of grievance redress mechanisms (GRMs) of the GCF’s Direct Access Entities (DAEs) in Asia Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, the IRM is hosting a 4-week long virtual capacity building workshop. This workshop will cover useful background knowledge about the history of GRMs, requirements and principles of an effective mechanism, the basics of problem solving processes and compliance review, as well as practical information about handling cases and learning lessons from other GRMs.

Workshop participants will follow the IRM's online training module on GRMs and join live sessions with other participants to gain additional knowledge from accountability experts and ask questions relating to the online content. After successfully completing the live sessions and online modules, participants will receive a certificate from the IRM.
