Feedback on the IRM's Capacity Building Event 2020 - Voices from Latin America and the Caribbean

In July 2020, the IRM offered online training to the staff of Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs) of Direct Access Entities (DAEs) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) located in Latin America and the Caribbean. In an interview with the IRM, some participants gave detailed feedback on the training.
