Covid-19 and its impact on grievance redress mechanisms - Voices from Latin America and the Caribbean

In July 2020, the IRM offered online training to the staff of Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs) of Direct Access Entities (DAEs) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) located in Latin America and the Caribbean. In an interview with the IRM, some participants shared their views on how Covid-19 had affected the work of their GRMs.
