Feedback on the IRM's Capacity Building Event 2020 - Voices from Africa, Asia and the Pacific

In September and October 2020, the IRM offered online training to the staff of Grievance Redress Mechanisms (GRMs) of Direct Access Entities (DAEs) of the Green Climate Fund (GCF) located in Africa, Asia and the Pacific. In an interview with the IRM, some participants gave detailed feedback on the training.
