On 3 July 2026, the IRM registered a complaint, received on 27 June 2026, related to the implementation of GCF Project FP085 in Pakistan. The complainant(s) are members of Union Council-2, Gulshan Town, Karachi, acting in their capacity as representatives and affected community members. On 2 July 2026, the IRM registered a complaint, received on 19 May 2026, related to the implementation of GCF Project FP085 in Pakistan. On 30 April 2026, the IRM registered a complaint pertaining to labour and working conditions matters related to GCF Project FP034 "Building Resilient Communities, Wetland Ecosystems and Associated Catchments in Uganda." During the eligibility determination phase, the IRM encouraged parties to expeditiously address the matters raised by the complainant and followed up with each party bilaterally to seek progress on their engagement. The IRM was informed that parties were able to successfully reach an agreement on the issues raised in the complaint. Subsequently, the complainant communicated

On 12 December 2025, the IRM acknowledged receipt of a complaint pertaining to GCF Project FP203 “Heritage Colombia (HECO): Maximizing the Contributions of Sustainably Managed Landscapes in Colombia for Achievement of Climate Goals.” The complainant was formerly employed under the GCF Project, working within one of the Executing Entities. The complainant has requested confidentiality, which has been granted in accordance with the IRM's Terms of Reference and Procedures and Guidelines.
